Dear
CYHA Parent,
As
our operating expenses continue to rise we must regretfully inform you that our
annual dues for the 2008/2009 season has increased by $100 per player. We are
looking to register all teams in the Greater Boston Youth Hockey League. Our
teams will not be playing in the North Suburban league except for possibly the
Mite Instructional team.
The
annual dues for the 2008 - 2009 season is as follows:
1st
player in family - $950
2nd
player in family - $850
3rd
(or more) player in the same family - $750
Full
Time goalies - $450
Girls
playing on Coed (two teams) - $250 (in addition to standard dues)
1st
year players (Mite instructional) - $650
Notes:
- No special arrangements
will be made for players who can’t make all skill sessions, practices
and/or games. (i.e. those who choose not to attend scheduled on-ice events
and/or participate in select or high school programs)
- Any player who paid the
registration fee during try-outs should deduct $100 from the above dues
list.
- The registration fee is
non-refundable. No refunds after November 1, 2008. Refund requests must be
received in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Below
is the payment schedule for the 2008/2009 season:
- FIRST PAYMENT - 25% of
total dues to be paid by July 15th
- SECOND PAYMENT - 25% of
total dues to be paid by August 15th
- THIRD PAYMENT - 25% of
total dues to be paid by September15th
- FINAL PAYMENT - 25% of
total dues to be paid by October 15th
All players must
register online with USA Hockey before 10/15/2008. To do so please visit: www.usahockey.com
The registration fee is $35.00 and must be paid via credit/debt card.
It’s important to note that Players can not be added to an official team roster
until this is done.
Players/parents may also elect to pay their dues on-line thru PAYPAL
at www.cyha.com
Failure
to meet the above payment schedule will result in your son/daughter not being assigned
to a team and may result in suspension from the program until all payment
issues have been resolved.
