Operational Level (Volunteer Roles): The link between Strategic and Tactical Levels. Encourages the tactical results that achieve the strategic objective.
Guidelines:
· Please email your COACH for simple things - i.e. unable to make practice, game, etc.
· The Level Coordinator hopefully can answer most questions - the Full Board is always available if needed
· If there is a safety issue involved, please do not hesitate to reach out to any Board member by phone. If at the rink, please contact the DCR Manager on duty.
