Dear CYHA Parent,
As
our operating expenses continue to rise we must regretfully inform you that our
annual dues for the 2007/2008 season will increase by $50 per player.
The
annual dues for the 2007 – 2008 season are as
follows:
1st player in family - $850
2nd player in family - $750
3rd (or more) player in the same family -
$650
Half season teams (Midget/U19 Girls) - $450
Full Time goalies - $450
First year Mites - $600
Girls playing on Coed (two teams) - $250 (in addition
to standard dues)
Below
is the payment schedule for the 2007/2008 season:
- FIRST PAYMENT - 50% of total dues to be paid by
August 15th
- SECOND PAYMENT - 30%
of total dues to be paid by September 15th
- FINAL PAYMENT - Remaining balance to be paid by October
15th
Failure
to meet the above payment schedule will result in your son/daughter not being
assigned to a team and may result in suspension from the program until all
payment issues have been resolved.
Please
note:
- No special arrangements
will be made for players who can not make all skill sessions, practices and/or
games. (i.e. those who choose not to attend scheduled on-ice events and/or
participate in select or high school programs)
- Any player who paid
the registration fee during try-outs should deduct $100 from the above
dues list.
- The registration fee
is non-refundable. No refunds
after November 1, 2007. Refund
requests must be received in writing and will be considered on a
case-by-case basis.
